We are currently going through a GHR Implementation and are looking for suggestions on Best Practices for what to store in the Short Description field of an Organization Unit?
We contemplated using an abbreviated version of the Long Description; however our Long Descriptions do 'change' every so often, which would then make the Short Description no longer match.
We also contemplated using a # convention; however given that it is visible in lists; we didn't want an arbitrary number floating around.
Any suggestions/recommendations/best practices on how to use this field? Especially given that it shows up in the Org Chart?
