Issue with Process Flow for GL JE's not including releaser on email notification

Last week we made a change to our current production IPA process flow to have the accountant who released the GL journal entry to be cc'd on the PF email notification if it is over the Company threshold. The new PF worked in our TEST environment. In production it works around 90% of the time. The other 10% of the time the individual who released the JE is not being included on the cc line. There does not seem to be any consistent differences. One accountant released several Normal JE's for the same company. She received notification for 2 out of the 3.

Has anyone seen this issue before? Any ideas for troubleshooting this?

What's your method of adding them to the CC? Is it by having a Variable in the CC field on the Notification tab of the UA? If so are you populating the variable based on a branch node's decision on the Amount of the JE? How are you querying the JE, through Lawson query or SQL query?

1. Our method of adding them to the cc is by having a variable in the cc field on the notification tab of the UA.

2. We are querying the GLControl table via Lawson query. The value is the REL-OPERATOR.

Are you populating the Value based on a BranchNode? If so, what are all of the branches conditions? and in what order?

Can I email you the .lpd file? I am very new to IPA. The in-house who worked on this for us no longer works for the company and I am trying to pick up the pieces.

There are a few things that could be causing the problem; but this is something that Infor Support could likely help you with. If you open an incident and include your .lpd file in the ticket along with a workunit log and we could likely figure this out pretty quick.
