Comprehensive list of reports that need to be run (and in correct order) to process 1095s

Has anyone seen a really good listing of all the reports that need to be run (and in appropriate order) to produce the 1095s.    Last year was a mess and this year I've not seen anything that gives all the steps.  Maybe I've missed something.
