When we run the BN990, we are not getting the correct offer code on our employees who termed during 2016. These employees had coverage on 1/1/16, left during 2016, but do not have our 1A offer code for the months they had coverage while employed. Their safe harbor codes are correct. For our active employees who waived coverage during 2016, the correct offer code is showing, but our safe harbor code (2G) does not appear.
Anyone have thoughts on why this is happening?
