We re-ran BN990 in order to capture some dependent connection made for a group of employees. Now when we run the BN297 there are some EEs who are enrolled in the Waive HL plan all year but they are now showing as a Covered Individual. Has anyone else had this happen??? It is not happening to all EEs with waives and we don't see any logic as to the ones that is has happened to. I opened a ticket with Lawson and they had me confirm that the Waive Plans are set to Self-Insured=N. Any other ideas?
