Hi All - I'm trying to get a handle on what it takes to transition from Lawson's core S3 HR product to Infor's latest Landmark HCM modules. As a Lawson customer for almost 20 years and being well established with the S3 offering, I imagine the leap to HCM can be significant. I'd like to hear about the experiences of any organizations that have made this transition to get a realistic perspective on the effort, to learn about the path taken to get there and the impacts on the business operation.
