BN27.2 upload

Has anyone tried an upload to BN27.2? We have several employee with the wrong cost and thought an upload would be the way to go to correct the cost on the employee record.

I used the BN527 program to upload overrides to the offer & safe harbor codes. It worked really well.

According to the Infor instructions for BN527, the BN990 must be run again. Is that what you did too?

Yes. After the BN990 you won't see the overrides on BN99.1. The overrides are displayed on BN99.6.

BN990 doesn't need to be rerun to read the BN27 overrides. The BN27 overrides the BN990 results; which can be seen in BN99.6.

What template or csv can I use in order to upload into BN27.2 using BN527?

The file layout for BN527 is available through Xtreme Support. It's part of the document that includes the file layouts for all of the benefit conversion programs. I just searched on BN527 and looked for the document with file layout in the title.

I was finally able to use BN527 to add the missing safe harbor codes. But I do not see them on BN99.6 even after running BN990 and BN297. What were you steps?
