Incomplete Employee Information Error Message PR36/PR80

When attempting to add time records for an employee, we are receiving the message, "Incomplete Employee Information" and the data is not added. We do have an issue with the position effective dates vs hire date for this employee but I am worried that there is another piece of data that is missing. Has anyone else encountered this error? What was the resolution?

I was able to find the message in msgmnt and then search through the source code to find the related MOVE command and condition that triggers it. The EMPLOYEE table CREATION-DATE field wasn't populated for the employee. How does that happen?! We still need to clean up effective dates but the PR issue is resolved.
