The IRS wants your group reported in alphabetical order. You may need to use the seq to put them in order.

Sorry, not alpha order. Supposed to be in order of the number of forms per report entity. The #1 report entity needs to be the one with the most 1095 forms.

BN00.8 ALE Members are suppose to be reported in descending order of the highest average monthly number of full-time employees or highest number of employees, not alphabetical.

In 1094/1095C form instructions it states: "Regardless of the number of members in the Aggregated ALE Group, list only the 30 members in descending order, listing first the member with the highest average monthly number of full-time employees (or highest average number of total employees, if any member of the Aggregated ALE Group uses the 98% Offer Method), but do not include the reporting ALE Member."
