We are using Saleslogix 8.3 LAN (which we eventually upgraded from 7.5.2).Now we have plans to move this to Web. so i have below question regarding SLX dialer.
SLX dialer Configuration works fine in 8.3 LAN as well. But i don't know how to invoke this functionality in Web. SO in LAN client if i go to any Contact and click on the phone number (i can see phone icon in every phone number field) the Dialer pop-up appers which helps me to dial in the contact phone number based on the configuration i did at system level.
Can anyone help how can i set up dialer configuration in web client? I request everyone to please let me know whether this functionality is possible or not in Web.
