We are having an issue with the BN990 report. The report does not have qualified employees that have had a previous term and rehire record. These employees are listed on the file aca message report and not on the eligible report. Some of these terms happened back in 2000. The message reads.. Employee term date 20000707 has 2016 HL enrollment.
How do we fix this? We have loaded in the CTP 114781
