Error with ACA Correction file XML

We have had a partially accepted file, so we retrieved the errors and corrected them. We ran our BN299 in report to make sure everything looked okay before we did the final update to create the XML. Everything looks great in the report, but when we run it to create the XML is comes across not correct and partial SSN's and partial last names in it. Has anyone else had this issue and what can we do to fix it?

Hi Natasha - I am also getting incomplete SSNs in my first test correction file. I see no one else has responded to this...did you open an incident with Infor Support? Also, do you know if our corrections are also due by March 31?

I did open an incident with Infor and we ran it through an XML reader and I was able to correct them inside of that, but there is also a patch that you can apply that will fix it. We applied the patch and it did not fix it. (JT-1023782) We are having some other issues with the correction file now, so working through those. I am unsure if the corrections are also due by March 31st. I know last year as long as you were attempting to get it corrected they allowed it after the due date, but not sure if they are doing that again this year.

Thanks! Did you have to run the checksum procedure then as well since you fixed the xml directly? I'm trying to avoid that step if possible, but if the patch doesn't fix things, we may have no choice.

Yes, last year we had 60 days to submit corrections, but I hadn't heard if that is the case this year or not.

Yes I have been running it through this website and it generates for me. I copy and past it in my XML, but I open it in Notepad to do that. http://onlinemd5.com/ You just attach the file and it gives you the number.
