The current version of Fax Integrator 10.0.2.123 was released several years ago (2015). Several software enhancement request have been submitted, but none appear to be any nearer implementation. There has been a void of announcements regarding the product's future.
The product requires several out-of-date Microsoft technologies (SQL Server 3.5 Compact Edition, and .NET Framework 3.5/4.0). SQL Server 3.5 was replaced by 4.0. The Microsoft support sites report that both of these technologies are only supported up to version was Windows Server 2008R2, but the MSDN developer claims that it's supported on Windows Server 2012 R2. End of Life for Windows Server 2008R2 is Jan 2020.
Has anyone know of plans to enhance/update Fax Integrator?
P.S. While some spout that Fax is old technology, it still very nicely fills a market better than any of the so-called replacements.
