BN299 does not pick up counts from BN27.1

Last year BN299 picked up the counts correctly from BN27.1, however this year it is unable to get the monthly counts from Topic R5 and R6. Is anyone experiencing the same issue?  Help please!

In R5 and R6 for BN 27.1, we found that if you used the 12M fields that you could not use the monthly totals because the fields were written to be mutually exclusive. IE, We checked the 12M MEC and then broke out the Total Counts by month. This would not allow the BN 299 to read the Total Counts. Therefore, we unchecked the 12M MEC and broke it down to monthly MEC and monthly Total Count. This change allowed the BN 299 to read the monthly counts.
