Hello - I was hoping someone could help us understand the process for setting up and using IC59 for patient charge labels to be created. I have followed all of the steps in KB article 1194556 (see attached), but something still isn't right. At most I've seen a couple of items drop into the list, but then they disappear on their own.
Does anyone else do this? If not, how are you tracking what items to print a charge lable for? Thank you.
