I have 49 identities that I cannot resolve the ISS sync for.
I am totally at a loss. I have verified that the identity does not exist in LSA, SSOConfig, and Rich Client - Identity Management.
It was successfully deleted from the Rich Client Identity Management after it came in during the product line import.
Only place the identity appears to exist is in ISS.
Any ideas on how to get around this so I can have a successful ISS Sync?

The exact error is: " Sync Analysis failed on object IDENTITY=USER:35153,SERVICE=SSOP,ID= with exception. Details: Identity SERVICE=SSOP,IDENTITY=USER:35153,ID= is not assigned to an actor and is not a privilege identity. "
