how to define user action display after migration from process flow integration to IPA?

We have custom RQ approval process flow is using Exec type (Pre exec) on process flow integration, can will display RQ10 line item for user to view. after the conversion, it was set to display type=File (on UA node).  first, there is error message says "UserAction : Display document {1} not found", I guess because UA display set to File and we did not provide file ID. we would like to display RQ10 just like  before. so which option we should use for user display type. (There are ActionRequest, File, HTML, ....) Thanks
