We just recently introduced ESS to our employees and asking them to view and print their pay stub on line.  For a few of our employees we are getting the following error "There is no payment information from march 7, 2016 to March 7, 2017"

This is a long term employee that does have previous pay stubs in the system.  Has anyone come across this issue?

Any information you can provide is greatly appreciated.

We've had this error in the past and it was due to something missing, such as the Product Line or Emp ID, in their security setup. You may want to have someone double check the setup.
