BN991 COBRA

Did anyone have error messages on COBRA participants saying "No changes, term employee processed". I want 1095s to print for these people, but BN991 is not creating the codes for them, even though they are entered in BN70 and BN71.

Yes, I received that message on a few participants -- both in 2015 and 2016. It was for participants that were active employees for part of the year and COBRA part of the year. In that situation their 1095 was produced with the file of active employees -- not in the COBRA file.
