emergency notifications

With storms and other emergencies, we are looking for a place in Lawson to collect information from the employee on the best way to reach them in emergencies.

We store the information on HR20.1. We created an input screen using Design Studio which they access through ESS to update. The information is also pulled into a 3rd party system used specifically for alerting the correct people in case of an emergency.

We are looking for a similar need. But focusing on text notification. Can you tell me which 3rd party system you are using? And is that tied into your SSO or your Lawson security?

We are using Everbridge and I believe it is tied to our Active Directory.

We use RAVE and bring over nearly every piece of contact information we have on an employee in Lawson. We customized the ESS address screen to have them add a text number which is stored on HR20. We want to be able to contact them at every available point in an emergency.
