ACA with IRS Database

We received the error Form 1095C 'CoveredIndividualName' and 'SSN' in 'CoveredIndividualGrp' must match the IRS database when we tried to submit our information. There isn't a line item error, however. Has anyone else seen these and how to find the error and resolve?

Thanks. We did that and you can see the error, but there wasn't a line number. Does the UniqueRecordID indicate line?

Yes, the unique record ID indicates the record Id in the file. In this case you want to look at record ID 13 on your xml file "<RecordId>13</RecordId>"
