Mingle timing out and requiring users to completely close out of browsers

When our Mingle sessions time out (after 30 minutes), they will not reload without completely closing out of all browsers/tabs and opening a new window. Does anyone else have this issue and if so, any ideas on how to fix it?? Thank you

Yes, we have that issue also. We have a ticket open with Infor, but they have not been able to resolve it. They gave us a KB article they insisted would fix it, but it did not.

We don't use Mingle but have the same issue with LSF Portal and have had incident open for several months with no progress but it is 'in development' to review.

And we have our employees land on LTM Employee Space and then have link over to Benefits and Pay Stubs. LTM timeout lets them back in LTM just fine but if they click to go to the LSF side, it just keeps launching the login page and have to have them close ALL browser sessions and start over.

We have been having this issue also and we loaded JT-879870 and it appears to work in DEV. We are loading it to PROD on March 27

Casy, You have my sympathy and empathy!! We've been waiting on Development for a couple months now because of the same issue. A couple weeks ago they had me copy a .js file from one directory to another and that seemed to fix the timeout issue but then broke logging out. Whoops!!

It's incredibly frustrating to us (and our users) that such basic functionality doesn't work properly. So you're definitely not alone on this one. In fact, prior to this timing out issue, we had issues with Lawson truly not logging out when you click signout. That one was open for several months too. I guess it's a challenge trying to understand the complex 'web' of Mingle, SharePoint, and LSF. Craziness!!

As a 'workaround' we've told our day-to-day Lawson users to always open Lawson in a separate IE session. That way, if Lawson times out and they have to restart that session, they won't lose all their other Browser work.

Hoping for a fix soon as this has gone on for way too long.
