We will be completing a contractual percent pay increase that will affect a large employee population. We need to validate the new pay rate to the rate that was offered but not yet processed/approved for transfer and hires on the TA job requisition process to assure that the offer included the contractual increase percent. (The effective date of the hire/transfer is after the contract/market increase effective date.)
We are trying to build the validation with crystal reports but are struggling with identifying the table with requisition/pending transfer data to do the compare.
Any ideas what table to use to try to pull the future effective data?
