We are receiving an error when trying to submit our correction file to the IRS due to a dependent being split up into two dependents even though there is only one and it is not putting the demographic information for him. We ultimately would like the dependent to be listed as one with his coverage under one. We have checked the BN27.2, HR13, BN95, and BN96, but everything for that dependent and the employee looks correct. Anyone else have this same issue and know how to correct it?
