This identity is needed for anyone who need to log into Rich Client.

Why would I be told to put it in for an MSCM user when our only Landmark application is IPA, and we have not yet started using it?

Hmm... We user Rich Client install for our HR Dept and we don't have/use this Identity. We just use ssop (federated and lsf is primary)

The ThickClientLDAPLS identity is also required for any MSCM user - I believe that is used by the handheld.
