Html5 LTM Employee/Manager Space - revert to standard html

We have html5 for Employee /Manager Space.

We have recurring but not re-creatable issue where employees or managers are logged  in an working and all of a sudden, their page reverts to the standard delivered html employee/manager space.

We have had this occur in both our test and prod environments.

Currently running LTM 10.2.17 /Landmark 10.1.1.51 but this issue occurred in .13/Landmark 10.1.1.36 as well (an Landmark 10.1.1.39)

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I have seen this occur for us if there were configuration changes made to a form through the Configuration Console in Rich Client. During our testing, I noticed that some configuration changes to forms were immediately displayed through the HTML5 but some caused the form to display correctly in Rich Client but revert back to the delivered LPL when viewing the same form in HTML5. Refreshing Websphere typically resolved the issue. Because of this issue, we have decided not to make any configuration console changes in PROD during the workday. Not sure if this is the same issues as yours but I hope this helps.
