PA52 Upload HK value

Hi!

We just upgraded to 10.0.7 and now my PA52 uwf won't work. I'm getting "Must inquire before using this function code". Did the HK format change? I've got company + employee + action +effective date. I have the same problem on PA52.5.

how many characters are you passing for the date? It appears that you should be passing 4 for the Company, 9 for the Employee, 10 for the Action Code and 6 for the date. The full HK field size is 35.

We went to 10.0.7 in December and had to update all of our PA52 Addins since the Hidden Key now ends with a 4 digit Action # (typically "0001"). The full hidden key is 35 characters. Attaching a screen shot of an example of the fields and hidden key. If you can't see it good enough let me know.

We had to do the same thing with version 10: add the 4-digit PCT-Action Nbr to the end of the hidden key. We typically pass 0001.

Yes, you need to include the Action Number: PCT-ACTION_NBK_K f63 number to this. If you only have one action per person this is a 1. But you also need to add this to the HK as 4 digits, so add 0001 at the end of your HK. There is a KB article on this, that is how I found out how to fix my issue.
