ACA correction file issue

We submitted our first correction file and it appears the 1095 detail file has duplicated the employee name in the file - however it only has partial information.

Co><CorrectedRecordPayeeTIN> 4862</CorrectedRecordPayeeT

IN></CorrectedRecordInfoGrp>

so first name - no last name or any other information and partial TIN - don't worry, I've changed these for discussion to protect the information. The complete correct information is just below these entries. Wehave applied the correction patch but it didn't seem to fix anything. Has anyone encountered this issue yet??

We just tried to submit our first correction file and wasn't able to because it said that the manifest file does not match current schema. The first file worked, but the correction file has been rejected.

I had the same problem. CTP114940 fixed it.

Our file did the same thing and I ran it through the Altova XML reader and assigned the correct schema from the IRS. It will correct the CorrectedRecordPayeeTIN number, but you will have to add the person's last name manually.

DeAnna's sorry, I should have been more specific. I think we also had the manifest issue, but the CTP fixed it for us.
