ED501

I had 2 850 files that failed today. Where do I find the temp files that I can re-transmit to GHX? I see the archived files, but I am told those are not in the proper format for re-transmission.

If you have the C-Plus box at your location, you will find them in the archive directory of C-Plus. The specific path could be D:optConnect PlusArchivecplusToMMISWriter of the C-Plus server, but it could be different based on your installation. Hope this helps.

If you run them through ED501 again you should be able to use the ones in the archive folder.

I did run ED501 again after I restarted ED330, but it did not processes anything. How do I do this? I am sure that this question seems basic, but I am in the learning stages in this part of Lawson. Appreciate your help

Did you find if you have access to your C-PLUS server or FTP access to that folder on C-PLUS?

This is what I have. Do you need access to additional folders?

You can run the ED501 with the option to 'translate and send' but you will need to put the full path and filename (your archive folder) in the Application File field. Or you could rename your archived file to match the name of your scheduled job.

I tried that and it did not work. GHX said that it was received in an incorrect format.
