ProcessItemMaster from external system to Infor EAM

I'm trying to send a BOD from an external system (just an Oracle database) and am creating the BOD from data in our tables. The BOD goes from the database and into EAM but nothing happens on the EAM side. No creation of the part from the ItemMaster BOD. In the DataBridge Messages, the message is "Alert in processing InterfaceItemMaster & null. The message is not relevant to any EAM transactions". Where should I go from here? Any help would be much appriciated.

Hi Greg:

ION's jurisdiction ends when the BOD is delivered to EAM inbox.

This seem to be an internal error in EAM. Perhaps you can create an incident and Infor support can take it further.
