LSF Environment Not Starting Automatically After Server Reboot

We are in the process of upgrading to Windows Server 2012.  We are also upgrading our environment to 10.0.9 and our applications to 10.0.7.  When we reboot the server the LSF Environment service is not restarting automatically even though we specify it to do so.  I have found the errors below in the Windows Event Log.  Any ideas on what could be causing this and a solution?  We can start it manually without any problems.  Also, on our current Windows 2008 servers we don't have a problem.  The environment version on those is 10.0.6.  Thank you.

You're looking at a Windows issue, not a Lawson issue. I am not a Windows expert, however I noticed that when a Service is set up, it's run on a user ID. Either a default, or you specify one. The message about failing to locate a UID probably means it can't locate a "User IDentification #" for an "SID" - Service IDentification #". Check how the service is set up ... that's all I can think of.
