Looking for in Person ION Desk Training.

Hello , I was looking for some assistance from the fellow bloggers , if they know of any place or person who does ION Desk training.

Have you logged into https://campus.infor.com/ ? They do offer ION training on-site.
If you can't get what you need there please PM me. I can connect you directly with an Education sales person.

Thanks Keith for your quick response, I was looking to get trained , if I have to go to any location I am fine, I think as business they have already had that on site , I joined the business last month and was looking for training options for myself.

Ah! Ok. Definitely check-out https://campus.infor.com/. They have great online self-paced pre-recorded as well as live instructor led remote learning classes. On-site classes are possible but usually only when you have a group needing training.

The self-paced pre-recored is for starting and not includes many of the features of ION Desk.

Have the same problem as online documentation.

I would like to echo the sentiment that I cannot find much on training materials specifically for ION Desk. Even if there were materials behind a pay wall, I cannot find them listed in the InforCampus anywhere. Any help on this would be much appreciated - thanks!

I also feel the same way when it comes to training materials. I have looked through the ION Desk Administration guide numerous times, but I still as though there is something missing. I also could not find anything relating to ION Desk on the InforCampus site.

Take a look at the Infor OS learning track. You may not be able to find anything specific to your ERP. I think they are calling ION iPaaS now. You know how Infor hates to stick with one name for a product for very long...
