Vacancy Reporting - Needing Job Requisition History Table

We are working on building a vacancy report and we are needing to pull the status of a job requisition on a given dated, but we are struggling finding a table that shows job requisition history.

Anyone have any ideas? Or know of the table that shows job requisition history (like what shows in the audit log)?

What do you consider status? I implemented a time to hire report to meet our needs and it could be used to show how many candidates were in each of the hiring stages at a given time. Take a look at the table ltm.S_APPL. It includes a record for each step in the hiring process. Unfortunately, if the candidate enters and leaves a stage on the same day, a record isn't inserted. Since I'm counting days in each basket, these missing records do not affect my report. For knowing the status of our user action baskets (fingerprints, admin approval, etc), I use ltm.PFIMETRICSSUMMARY. It was difficult for me to relate the job req number with the workunits. To do this, I parse the workunit title to find the job req number. The table is ltm.ACTIONREQUEST. I hope this helps.

What we are looking at is the status of the requisition. We need to pull only those requisitions that were in a "on hold" or "open" status on a given date. Does the ltm.S_APPL table have the status of the requisition as well ?

Unfortunately, the status field in S_APPL is the status of the candidate's application, not the requisition itself. I'm not sure what table stores the job req audit trail.

The table is S_REQ the column is STATUS. STATUS is numeric, you'll have to figure out which number corresponds to "on hold" and "open". Not hard to do.

I think we found something... it's not pretty but it might work. Thank you so much for replying... I may also have to develop a similar report to what you referenced above... so that will help tremendously! Thanks again!

Thanks Chuck.... this table helps us with how the requisition looks currently, but didn't hold the history.. we found a S$REQ table, but have to parse it out due to it being stored in html... it's not pretty (or fast) but we are trying to get it to work. Thanks so much for your reply!
