Change Owner on Smart Notes

How do you change the owner in Smart Notes?  We are going to the Cloud, and we have several under the user Lawson.  We need to change the owner to something else.  I know I am supposed to use the Content Administration Tool, but I am lost after I pull up the list.  What are the next steps?

KB 1477058 list the steps, I just tried it and it worked for me.

Steps To Reproduce:

Log into LBI as an Administrator

Click on Tools>Smart Notifications>Admin

Click Content Administration Tool

Check Condition,Report,Fact

Click Go

Click +Click here to select a user under "Assign Items To"

Click Users next to the Group the user belongs to

Click Add next to the user

Click OK

This will bring you back to the Content Admin screen

Click the check box next to all the notifications you want to change owners on

Click Assign To
