We would also like some sort of documentation. We reviewed KB 1485760, but we have other *_ST roles that we are unsure of what they actually do.

There is TMDocs.zip which contains documents that has a details on roles, security classes delivered with TM.

Is the same *docs.zip available for GHR as well? We have been using landmark for Process automation only and are just beginning to investigate what will be needed for implementing GHR. We haven't been able to access any documentation or information - told it is not available until we actually purchase/implement a product. I have many questions regarding the 'whole' security thing as we have a fairly detailed security setup running in Lawson now.

Thank you. I am not the primary security person for Landmark/LTM but trying to understand some things. I saw the

TMSecurityClass.pdf in the downloads but I was looking for the Roles. But I think this helps... seems like for every Security Class, there is a correlating Role. Example being this one listed as security class.. I know there is also a role named the same.

But seems like from ltm v 10 to v 11, they changed names to include a preface of GHR.

I'm starting to investigate v 11...

More complicated than I thought. I haven't found a document just on ROLES... just finding on Classes.

FYI from exports/vlookups from ltm v 10 to v 11, there are 8 new roles , if anyone cares

So now I just need to find out more about what they are for.. most are obvious by name but some are not
