We upgraded to v10 in December and since then when creating a BN299 the correction/replace tab is not working correctly. We click the search button for the IRS Receipt ID and the window opens but there are no receipt ids to select from, only a message at the bottom stating "No records meeting criteria". There are in fact Receipt IDs listed on BN89. We have opened a ticket with Lawson and have recompiled both BN89 & BN299 and had someone with wide open access try it and still no luck. We are able to enter the IRS Receipt ID and it will allow us to create the job that way, but it still doesn't seem right that it doesn't show a list of Receipt IDs to pick from when it did so in v9.
Wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue.
