So we have a question for the community regarding end users ordering supplies from our warehouse either with RQC or MSCM. If we are out of something and an end user orders it, they don't know that it is not coming until they get paperwork the following day. Lengenthing lead time by at lease 24hrs.
Had they known(say when they released their order/scan)they possibly could have ordered a sub instead of waiting on that line to come off of backorder. How are other Lawson shops dealing with this?
