We have Lawson print ques set up on a Windows 2008 print server separate from the LSF Windows 2012 application server. We have found that unless we leave the Lawson account logged on to the LSF server.....all print ques stop printing, it's almost as if something goes in to a paused/sleep state. When this has happened...I log back on to the LSF application server....send a Windows test print to any que....and then all print ques are available for Lawson printing.
Wondering how others handle their Lawson print ques on Windows platforms? Any thoughts or suggestions to make this work without having to leave the Lawson account logged in...
