ACA Correction File Rejected

If my ACA Correction File is Rejected do I now have to do a Replacement File? If yes, can you do a Replacement File for just the employees and COBRA participants that need to be corrected. My original file was Accepted with Errors and my Correction Files have been rejected. Thank you...

If your original file was Accepted at all; then you only need to send a Correction file that references the original IRS receipt id. If a correction file is rejected; it's as if it was never sent. You need to recreate the correction file again with the original IRS receipt id and retransmit. Why was your Correction file rejected?

My first Correction file was rejected because there was an SSN truncation issue which I had to apply JT-1023782 and than I sent another Correction file which was rejected because I did not use my original Receipt ID. I think now I need to figure out how to create a Correction file using my original Receipt ID but, when doing a BN97 it only lets me use my most recent Receipt ID which is my rejected Correction file.
