We are trying to use the Offer process to email an employment contract that is populated in an rtf template. We are using the directions in Talent Acquisition User Guide for Defining and routing an offer with an employment contract. RTF documents with word merge fields are discussed and then they supposedly fill in as the message is formatted at the time of offer.
Does anyone have this working? Would you be willing to share your rtf template? We are just looking for an example and the documentation never gives anything that we can find.
