We are a hospital facility where we have many employee groups who receive salary progression based on LP Raise Hours. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas of how they have used this at your facility and any advice. We currently have attempted to create special reports to assist with this, but am wondering if there are any great ideas out there about how to make this easier. We currently track the Raise Hours on LP31/LP64 etc. We then track our salary steps on PR16.
