Both our Life and LTD plans use a custom calculation for the salary type on the BN17.5. The life plan is 1 times your salary and the LTD is 40% of your salary. We are upgrading to v10 in the cloud. The BN100 is not adding or stopping these plans when a personnel action is processed. Could the custom calculation be causing the BN100 errors. I would like to know if you use a custom calculation for these types of benefit plans or select another salary type option such as benefit salary. Thanks for any feedback.
