Creating file for CB185

We are trying to manually create our CB185-TAPE file in order to test that functionality. The articles in the Infor search are for running a command prompt UNIX servers. We are Windows so I am trying to determine how I can accomplish this same process through either command prompt on that server or some other way. Any tips? Thanks!

Do you have the MSOffice Add-ins? If so, consider uploading to CB25, then running the CB185. This allows the users full control of the process. This is what our end users utilize.

We used the Add-Ins to run through a few recon statements on CB25, then tried to run the CB185 but when trying to run it with Tape option it says Bank Statement is required; When changing the run option to Mass Run Option it will work but wants a range of check numbers with only 1 recon date. Is there a different set of filters we should be running?

I looked at a user's job and she has it set to Run Option: D/Data input. The cash code is entered, and update = Y. On the Variance Posting tab she has Bypass Closed Period Audit set to Y. Nothing entered on the Reconciliation Statements tab.
