If your users are complaining (like mine are) about the timeout logging users out and clearing the data that they had on-screen, please go and endorse enhancement request 9223. It reads:
After a timeout and then re-entering the password, users are logged off. They are also losing the data that was previously entered on the screen. In the past versions, the user is brought back to the screen they were using with their data in tact. I am not sure why the user is brought back to enter their password if they are going to be logged off.
There is no current work-around. The users currently lose the data that was entered on the screen and are force to logoff and then log back in.
Change the functionality back to the same as 9.0.1, so the data stays on the screen as it was prior to the timeout, after re-entering your password. All users are negatively impacted by this change. This has been a major complaint from buyers on PO20 and Accounts Payable on AP20.
