ESS Org Chart & Security

Any thoughts/suggestions on what forms I need to grant access to for the ESS security class to allow them to view the Org Chart within ESS? The have inquiry access to HR07 but I'm getting a security violation message in version 10. Its working fine in 9.0.

The ESS security class also has access to HS10.1 & HS10.2 with the same conditional rule currently set up for Lawson 9:
