Has anyone had issue where you have done the Drill around on an EEID and one day you see the Dependent folder, pending action folder, correspondence tracking folder when they are applicable and the next day you don't see them when they are applicable?
We have been having this issue for about 2 weeks. And when I can see these folders, someone else can't. And when I can't see them, someone else can. It's intermittent on who and when it happens.
