Security Access to Salary/Pay Information

Hi,

 

We are trying to secure all salary/pay information for VP (in HR11 which includes drill around) and above for HR Reps who are now able to see all pay information.  We are trying to find a way to apply a rule globally.

We've tried applying rules by pay grade but not all tables/forms have this field

This can be done via Sec_level and Sec_location as an ELEMENT GROUP data setup is needed via HR09 HR10 and HR11.

Fields then can be defaulted via the New Hire. From a various way.
