Is it possible to pre-populate the company name and address on the W4 to print from EMSS?

I wasn't aware that there was a W4 to print in EMSS. Is that something you added? Is it a PDF?

EMSS has a link to the W4 on LSF. The form resides in the xhrnet/w4/taxwithholdig.htm.

If it's HTML, then just edit it and insert your company name and address. If the form itself is a PDF, pull it into a Microsoft Word document, overlay your company name and address and export it back out as a PDF and replace the PDF on the server.
