Need to setup a pay code (PR20.4) that calculate a percent of base/alt rate with a cap amount

Need to setup a pay code that calculate a percent of base/alt rate (if applicable) with a cap amount.  Not seeing a calculation type that will accommodate this. Does anyone have any experience with this or a work around?

I have used a deduction - Add to Net with the Percent of Current Earnings in the past, but to get it to calculate you have to add the PR130 into the checklist. It seems like the PR130 was being sunset a while ago though.
