We are having issues where the Kentucky County Occupational local taxable wages are twice the amount of the employee's gross wages (and therefore taxes are twice the amount they should be). This is only occurring when an employee works in a Kentucky county and lives outside of Kentucky. We have sent our job log to BSI and they say it is a know Lawson issue. Infor tells us they can not duplicate the issue and that if we would just apply CTP 115397 our systems would be up to speed with their 9.0.1.8 version. We applied the CTP to our test environment and it has not solved the issue. Has anyone seen this issue and if so what did you do to fix the issue?
